You are reserving a holiday accommodation in a residential building.
Keep in mind that failure to comply with the following rules by any of the guests will mean the immediate eviction of the accommodation of all the guests in the reservation, without the possibility of any refund of the stay.
1. Please respect rest and coexistence with the neighbors at all times.
2. It is not allowed to make annoying noises, play loud music or slam doors or loud voices, both in the common areas and inside the apartment.
2. Parties and guests are not allowed.
3. Groups of bachelor or bachelorette parties are not allowed.
4. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the accommodation. If you want to smoke, you must go outside, outside the premises.
5. It is not allowed that a number of guests exceed the number indicated at the time of making the reservation.
6. Pets are welcome only upon request and express authorization from WonderStays.

There are two types of rates, with different cancellation conditions. Please take them into account when choosing yours.
STANDARD RATE: Allows the guest to cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. The guest will have to pay 50% of the total price if he cancels during the 7 days before the arrival date, or if he does not show up.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: The guest will have to pay the total price of the stay if they cancel their reservation at any time, as well as if they do not show up on the day of arrival. The non-refundable rate is the cheapest of our rates. Keep in mind that if you decide to choose this rate you will be tacitly accepting its cancellation conditions, which will apply even in case of illness, Covid, flight cancellation, unforeseen events, or any other circumstance unrelated to the accommodation.

The day before your check-in you will receive an email with all the instructions on how to get to the accommodation and collect your keys.

It is mandatory, according to Organic Law 4/2015 on Citizen Protection, that prior to your arrival you provide the local authorities with the corresponding identification for each of the people over 14 years of age who are going to spend the night in the accommodation. To do this, during the days prior to your check-in, we will send you a link from which you must register the IDs or passports of all guests.

The standard charge per stay, corresponding to the cleaning and laundry service, includes a professional cleaning and disinfection service before your check-in, clean sheets according to the number of guests in the reservation, and a set of two clean towels per guest. This cleaning and laundry service charge does not include cleaning or change of bed linen during the stay, as all apartments have washing machines, and are booked on a self-service basis. In any case, do not hesitate to ask us for availability and price of any additional cleaning service that you wish to contract with us during your stay, and we will do everything possible to accommodate it.
Strictly NON-SMOKING accommodations therefore smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. We kindly ask our guests to go outside to smoke if they need to, since in the event that the smell of tobacco remains in the apartment after your departure, we would have to charge you for extra cleaning and odor removal costs.

On the day of your departure you can stay in the accommodation until 11:00 a.m. To check out:
1. Turn off the air conditioning or heating and all lights before you leave.
2. Do not leave any food in the accommodation, both inside the refrigerator and in the rest of the apartment.
3. Deposit your garbage bags in the container on the street.
4. Leave the two copies of the keys inside the apartment, on the table in the living room, and never put them in the lock.
5. As you leave, be sure to pull the door shut behind you.
